Back in my days in Japan, just like the majority of expats living there, I did some modelling. I starred in catalogues of UNIQLO and Lourmarin clothing brands, numerous photographers’ and make-up artist portfolios, and a few wedding catalogues. I also starred in Sony noise-cancelling earphones commercial, and I walked along the runway at a major Shu Uemura make-up contest event.
Although I have never pursued my career in this field, I still occasionally participate in commercial and non-commercial photoshoots. One of my latest project was the London walk with Ibrahim Chkadua, an Abkhazian publicist and an award-winning photographer.
I admire photography as an art and an inimitable tool for capturing reality. Therefore, I am always eager to collaborate on interesting projects.
